Nel primo tempo migliore possesso dell\'Australia ma enorme pressione sudafricana; nel secondo tempo calo degli aussie e costante spinta degli springboks. Momento decisivo: inizio 2° tempo, 5 touche consecutive rubate dal Sud Africa.
Non so se i miei giocatori bevono whisky. So che bevendo frappé non si vincono molte partite.

Come consuntivo dell\'intera Mandela Cup vorrei fare una lode a Stephen Larkham.
<BR>Devo dire che sono rugbisticamente (sia chiaro!) innamorato di quel fenomeno!
<BR>E\' un giocatore che sa fare tutto e, a mio parere, è il migliore del mondo ad adattare il proprio gioco alla partita.
<BR>Nella parita d\'andata (con tanti palloni e dominio) ha fatto cose con la palla in mano da strapparsi i capelli (tipo le ragazzine che andavano ai concerti dei Beatles!). Con gli amici si scherzava e abbiamo tirato fuori un vecchio modo di dire (c\'era un cartellone scritto dai fans australiani ai mondiali del 1991): come Michael Lynagh, anche lui cammina sull\'acqua!
<BR>Sabato, partita di sofferenza, si è trasformato in \"operaio\" e ha fatto una prestazione di sacrificio fisico (il placcaggio su van Niekerk?!?!?!?!?!?!?!).
<BR>In più, per i puristi, avete visto in quanti modi diversi ha calciato (intendo proprio il gesto tecnico, come posizionava il pallone a seconda di che tipo di traiettoria voleva dare al pallone)?

Io che sono un estimatore di Carter non posso essere completamente d\'accordo con questo superelogio di Larkham. Altro che un paio di lunghezze dietro, Carter in meno di Larkham ha solo l\'esperienza; in prospettiva diventerà pure più forte. E\' chiaro comunque che in queste ultime partite abbiamo assistito a grandiose prestazioni di colui che è stato giustamente classificato come la più valida apertura di questi utlimi anni, a suo tempo (1998) definito il prototipo dei mediani di apertura del futuro. Dopo l\'altrettanto grande prestazione di Pretorius ci aspetta un 3N da fuochi d\'artificio, almeno sulla mediana.
Non so se i miei giocatori bevono whisky. So che bevendo frappé non si vincono molte partite.

Nulla da dire...............Carter è e diventerà fortissimo, ma dovrà dimostrarlo nel tempo...........

Secondo me non sarà Carter l\'apertura del futuro, ma Luke McAllister. La prima volta che l\'ho visto è stato ai mondiali Under 19 a Treviso. in quella squadra AllBalcks, di mostri ce n\'erano proprio tanti (Atiga, Caino, Afoa, ecc.), ma lui CHE AVEVA 17 ANNI (!) sembrava un extra-terrestre. (da notare che nel Sud Africa giocava Houdgard).
<BR>Avete visto come ha giocato il terzo test contro i Lions (al suo esordio come apertura titolare degli All Blacks, non dell\'Uruguay!)!?!?!?
