<BR>Soccer lout collects a rugby ban
<BR>The Llanelli Scarlets have revealed that the so-called fan who verbally abuse Jonah Lomu during a recent Celtic League tie at Stradey Park is currently serving a six-year ban from attending soccer matches.
<BR>

<BR> Simon Coddington was tracked down after he heckled the Cardiff Blues star from the touchline during the home side's 32-13 victory on January 2.
<BR>
<BR>Coddington was subsequently handed a life-ban from Stradey Park after being summoned to a meeting at the club.
<BR>
<BR>Scarlets boss Stuart Gallacher was present at Wednesday's meeting and told Coddington that he would not be welcomed back after his "irresponsible and unacceptably aggressive behaviour" towards Lomu.
<BR>
<BR>"This club will simply not tolerate this sort of loutish behaviour," said Gallacher.
<BR>
<BR>"As well as insulting a great player, his behaviour was offensive to both clubs and the game of rugby."
<BR>
<BR>Gallacher added that he had been heartened at the overwhelming response from Scarlets fans.
<BR>
<BR>"I have received hundreds of messages of support from fans asking us to take the harshest possible action against this man who, the supporters felt, had let them all down," he said.
<BR>
<BR>Coddington was banned by Nottingham Forest FC in 2003 and barred from all soccer league grounds in the Nottinghamshire police force area until 12 May 2009.
<BR>
<BR>A spokesman for Nottingham Forest FC confirmed that the order had been made under a local scheme known as PACT (Police and Clubs Together Against Violence).
<BR>
<BR>The League One club said that Coddington was also subject to a football banning order imposed by the courts.

Beh vista la stazza dell'insultatore forse Lomu ci avrebbe rimesso in un eventuale corpo a corpo!!!
